Available in 48 States + Washington D.C.

New Blue Health telehealth services are available to patients physically located in 48 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We serve patients across most of the continental United States, including coastal, mountain, and central states, as well as Hawaii and Alaska.

Not currently available in: Alabama and Mississippi.

Why Availability Varies

Telehealth availability is governed by a complex patchwork of state regulations, including state medical practice acts, prescribing laws, Good Faith Exam requirements, and compounding pharmacy regulations. Our clinicians are licensed to practice in the states we serve and must physically locate the patient within a covered jurisdiction at the time of service.

Alabama and Mississippi currently have regulatory conditions that limit our ability to compliantly offer the specific telehealth and compounded medication services we provide. We continue to monitor these states for changes that may allow us to extend services.

Location Verification

You must be physically located in a covered state at the time of your telehealth visit — not merely a resident. Our intake process includes location verification to confirm service eligibility. Providing false location information is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination and order cancellation.
