Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are collected at checkout prior to your Good Faith Exam. These fees compensate the licensed clinician for their time and professional review and are generally non-refundable once the visit has occurred, regardless of the prescribing outcome.

Denied Prescriptions

If a clinician determines that a prescription is not appropriate following your Good Faith Exam, the medication portion of your payment (if pre-authorized or collected separately) will be fully refunded. Processing times vary by payment method, typically 5–10 business days.

Dispensed Medications

For patient safety and regulatory compliance, medications cannot be returned or resold once dispensed by the pharmacy. Dispensed medications are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of verified shipping errors, damaged packaging, or documented pharmacy error.

Shipping & Cold Chain

Temperature-sensitive medications ship with appropriate cold-chain packaging. If a delivery is missed or medications are not refrigerated promptly upon arrival, the product may be rendered unusable. These situations are not eligible for refund. Please report any delivery issues within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Cancellations

To request a cancellation, contact our support team at admin@newbluehealth.com before your order has been transmitted to the pharmacy for dispensing. Once dispensing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
