If you're not prescribed
If you're not prescribed after an online review, you get a full refund, including the $75 clinician review. If your state requires a video visit, the medication part is refunded and the $75 is kept, because the visit took place. For the 3-month TRT program, once your request is accepted and the lab order is issued, $163 for consultation and lab services is non-refundable; any eligible amount above $163 is refunded. Refunds go to your original card; most banks show them in 5–10 business days. Your card is charged only when your request is accepted for review; until then it's a hold.
Dispensed Medications
For patient safety and regulatory compliance, medications cannot be returned or resold once dispensed by the pharmacy. Dispensed medications are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of verified shipping errors, damaged packaging, or documented pharmacy error.
Shipping & Cold Chain
Temperature-sensitive medications ship with appropriate cold-chain packaging. If a delivery is missed or medications are not refrigerated promptly upon arrival, the product may be rendered unusable. These situations are not eligible for refund. Please report any delivery issues within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Cancellations
To request a cancellation, contact our support team at admin@newbluehealth.com before your order has been transmitted to the pharmacy for dispensing. Once dispensing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
