Program Description
New Blue Health operates an SMS messaging program to send patients and subscribers transactional updates, consultation reminders, prescription status notifications, and promotional health content. The program name is "New Blue Health Updates." Messages may include appointment confirmations, prescription approval notices, shipping updates, and educational health content related to our services.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile number during the intake process and checking the SMS consent checkbox, by texting START to our program number, or by providing explicit written consent through our website. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you have purchased. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, including transactional messages (consultation reminders, prescription updates, shipping notifications) and optional promotional messages. Transactional messages related to your active prescriptions or consultations may be sent as needed to fulfill service obligations.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan. New Blue Health does not charge for messages, but your carrier may bill you for SMS messages received. Please check your wireless plan for applicable rates. Neither New Blue Health nor its partners are responsible for carrier charges.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of marketing SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that your opt-out has been processed. After opting out of marketing messages, you may still receive transactional messages necessary to complete your active care episode (e.g., prescription status, shipping notifications). To opt out of all messages, contact us at admin@newbluehealth.com.

Consent Is Optional

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Privacy & Data Use
Your mobile number is used solely to send program messages as described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third-party marketers.
