Your Right to Opt Out

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. To exercise this right, submit a request by emailing privacy@newbluehealth.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell Request."

We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser or device sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request.

California Residents' Rights

Under the CCPA and CPRA, California residents have the right to:

  • Know what categories of personal information are collected, used, shared, or sold
  • Access the specific pieces of personal information collected about them
  • Delete personal information held by businesses, subject to certain exceptions
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
  • Non-discrimination for exercising their CCPA/CPRA rights

What We Do Not Do

New Blue Health does not sell your Protected Health Information (PHI) under any circumstances. We do not share PHI with third-party advertisers. Our analytics and marketing tools are configured to exclude health-related data. We do not use behavioral advertising based on your health information.

How to Submit a Request

To exercise any of your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact us at privacy@newbluehealth.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days of receiving your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
