PHI vs Non-PHI
When acting for the Medical Group in providing healthcare services, we handle Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA as a Business Associate for purposes of treatment, payment, and healthcare operations. Non-PHI data (site analytics, marketing preferences, device data) is governed by this Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect account information (name, email, date of birth), contact details, health history provided during intake, device and browser data, cookies and usage analytics, and payment information (processed securely by third-party processors). We do not transmit PHI to analytics providers.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide and coordinate telehealth services, schedule visits with licensed clinicians, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with applicable law and professional licensing requirements, and send transactional communications. Marketing communications are only sent with your explicit consent.
Sharing of Information

Your Rights

Security & Retention
