Provider Relationships
Medical services are provided by licensed clinicians through Qualiphy.com. New Blue Health provides technology, administrative, and care coordination services and is not itself a medical practice or pharmacy. All clinical decisions are made by independently licensed clinicians.
Eligibility
Users must be 21 years of age or older and physically located in a state where services are available at the time of the telehealth visit. Services are not available in Alabama or Mississippi. You must provide accurate information during the intake process.
No Guarantees
Payment of consultation or medication fees does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. All prescribing decisions are made by licensed clinicians based on clinical judgment. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our platform for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, unauthorized data collection, or misrepresentation of your identity or medical history. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
State Availability
Service availability is subject to state telehealth laws and clinician licensure. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue services in any jurisdiction based on regulatory changes.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and educational materials on this platform are owned by New Blue Health or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration and a class-action waiver to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is." New Blue Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service to the maximum extent permitted by law.
