What Is the Patient Portal?

The New Blue Health patient portal is a secure, HIPAA-compliant dashboard where existing patients can view their telehealth consultation history, monitor prescription status, and manage account details. It is designed for patients who have already completed an intake consultation and have an active or prior treatment record with New Blue Health.

The portal is a JavaScript-enabled web application. Non-JavaScript environments — including search crawlers, screen readers running in non-JS mode, and some assistive technologies — will see this informational page instead. To access the full portal, please open this URL in a modern browser with JavaScript enabled.

Who Is It For?

The patient portal is intended for individuals who have completed at least one telehealth consultation through New Blue Health. If you are a new patient, please begin with our intake form to start the consultation process. After your consultation is complete and a clinician has reviewed your case, your portal access will be activated automatically.

Returning patients can log in to review their clinician notes, check prescription fulfillment status, and view shipping information for medications dispatched through our licensed compounding pharmacy partners.

Access & Security

Your account is protected by 256-bit encryption and our platform is fully compliant with HIPAA privacy requirements. We do not store protected health information in unencrypted form, and all session tokens expire after a period of inactivity. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at admin@newbluehealth.com.

New Blue Health does not sell or share patient portal data with third-party advertisers. Data shared during your consultation is used solely for clinical and operational purposes.

For portal access issues, password resets, or questions about your consultation record, contact our support team at admin@newbluehealth.com. Response times are typically within one business day. For urgent clinical concerns, contact your prescribing clinician directly or call 911 in the event of a medical emergency.
